hereby grant Brooke International CC permission to conduct a criminal profile on the persons as per the below list of Candidates in section C. I am authorised by either of the above-mentioned person to request these criminal profiles for access to:

I am in possession of employment/pre-employment contracts /consent forms signed by the applicants as per Annexure B giving their consent as stipulated for a criminal profile to be conducted. This include all matters where the subject has been charged for a criminal matter immaterial whether the subject has been found guilty or not. This form must also be forwarded to Brooke International CC. The result of the criminal profile will be dealt with professionally and will be forwarded to the applicable risk manager at the estate where the applicant wants access. This is to protect the applicant’s privacy and for security reasons.

Each candidate will receive a link to their email and phone with a link to give their consent for a background check to be done. If your candidate does not have a smart phone you may also add your email and phone number so they can complete their consent on your device. Once they give their consent they will receive a link to start the verification process. They will need to take a picture of their ID Book, ID card, Drivers licence or ID card to validate the authenticity of their documentation. Once all the candidates have submitted their valid documentation you will receive a payment link for the background check to proceed. If there are problems with some of your candidates documentation you may remove them from this batch and resubmit it later so the payment and the rest of the candidates in the batch can proceed.
